Aggrement with US Attorney/ Payment of Fees
The US attorney enters into a proper reterinership agreemnt with Client

Company Incorporaton and Office arrangement in USA
New company has to be incorporated in any state of USA. Incorporation fees, office lease expenses depends upon location to location.

Filing of case with INS
The case petoition is filed with INS along with complete support documents.

INS approvals
New Company which is opening a office in the USA, the initial petition may be granted for One(1) year period and  renewed in 3 year increment. The approval takes 30-70 days depending upon the particular INS office.

Issuance of VISA
Once the petition is approved by INS(America) the beneficiary may apply for  a L1 VISA at the US Consulate abroad.
